QUALIFICATION
- Licensed Mechanical / Electrical Engineer
- With at least 3 years of experience is Building Maintenance in Residential/Commercial/Office buildings
- With excellent customer service skills
- Willing to relocate or commuting reliably to the location of deployment
- Can start immediately
The Building Engineer provides technical and functional direction over assigned personnel. Duties may include: Reviews structural engineering plans and calculations for commercial, industrial, and residential projects in accordance with the state codes and accepted structural engineering standards and practices.
